Timing:

We kindly ask to respect, as much as possible, the agreed time-frame to give us some flexibility in the organization of the workflow. Here’s an indicative timing set based on the number of needed images:

1 image > ~ 5 working days

2-3 images > ~ 10 working days

4-6 images > ~ 15 working days

6+ images > ~ to be agreed

making of the 3d model > ~ + 2 working days (TBC)

 General terms and conditions:

A. Process delay.

We always try to set up and plan a precise deadline for every phase of the agreed work. This helps us both to optimise the workflow and to respect our clients’ work and timeline. If the agreed date for the final deadline should change, which is, unfortunately, quite common when the project doesn’t have a specific deadline itself, please keep in mind that the final price of our service will probably increase compared to the one agreed in the tender offer. We make a distinction between a delay and a postponement. When possible, we prefer to post-pone and reschedule a work to avoid overlapping deadlines.

  • Within 3 working days

We give a reasonable delay time for every project without any penalties.

  • Between 4 and 5 working days

The invoice will increase 15%. *

  • Between 5 and 10 working days

The invoice will increase by 20% of the quoted amount. *

*Your work could probably end up overlapping with other projects.

B. Postponement.

If, for any reason, you are more 10% than 10 working days behind schedule, we will have to postpone the collaboration. In that case we will have to reschedule the work- according to our availability and your needs- and charge what has been done till then. The final price will increase by 10%.

C. Cancellation.

Every process can have difficulties and could end in a cancellation of the Imagery process. If the cancelation is due to that the client cannot provide us with any clear reason, we need to charge 75% of the quoted amount.

D. Media and Publications.

Please always quote “NATA.ARCHVIZ Images” among the project’ credits (or next to the images) when you share and publish our work, both on the internet and on paper. Please do not use draft images for any kind of publication as it might damage our reputation.

Please, if you are interested in collaborating with us, you are kindly requested to sign and return this document for acceptance to: info@nata-archviz.com
